Featuring The Barrel House Cooker

source is directly beneath the meat, but it cooks more like a smoker, needing very little interaction. In the Barrel House, the briquettes and meat are close to each other without a diffuser or water pan, yet the meat doesn't burn. Rather, it cooks evenly top to bottom as a smoker or oven would.
